What Causes White Spots On The Elbows Of A 4 Year Old?

my daughter who is 4 yrs got white spots on her elbows after we went to water park 2 months back.
Doc said to use Selsun blue shampoo for 10 days. I used it for 5-6 days and i think they increased or they become more visible (not sure) please advise if i continue applying the shampoo and the correct way to apply it. Is there any cream that could help. She also has eczema on hands and arm folds and i apply Cerave and eletone

Better dignosis can be done if i can see the photo.
It could be candidial/fungel infection if there is itching also.
Try clotrimazole cream.
