What Causes White Spots On The Face During Winters?

Hello sir, this is Dev. Sir i am facing some problems in every winter, in summer my face all fine but in winter i got white spots on my face and its looking soo bad. Please suggest the best medicine and all for my face and why its come in every winter

hi Thank you for query.It may be due to dryness .Use moisturing soap. Apply topical moisturing creams like ponds cold cream twice daily.You can use sunscreens lotions too. Consult your doctor if it does not subside.
