What Causes White Spots On The Frenulum Of The Tongue?

I have white spots on frenulum. first, I noticed them under my tongue, they are painful and make under my tongue dry. After that, I noticed white and red spots under my up and down lip. Also, my gum of my front teeth hurt and bleed during brushing. I have this for three weeks.

As per your complain it seems that white spots on the frenulum along with red and white spots on the lips can be due to causes like Canker sores while can also be due to viral infection like Herpetic Gingivostomatitis..
I would suggest you to consult an Oral Physician or an Infectious medicine specialist and get evaluated..
A thorough clinical evaluation and investigations like oral swab culture and blood tests can help in diagnosis and treatment can be done accordingly..
In case if it is due to viral infection a course of antiviral medications like Acyclovir, Valacyclovir etc can help..
For relieving pain numbing mouthwash containing Lignocaine can help..
Suck ice pops and do cool water rinses..
Avoid spicy food..
