As per your complain it seems that the white spots are due to throat infection leading to Follicular Tonsillitis and white spots are pus pockets secondary to bacterial infection in throat.. You should take a course of antibiotics like Azithromycin, anti inflammatory painkillers like Ibuprofen, doing warm saline gurgles, steam inhalation and use a humidifier in your room... You can suck throat lozenges.. Avoid spicy and chilled foods.. In case of no resolution consult an Otolaryngology and get evaluated and he can also advise you investigations like throat swab culture, Immunoglobulin G levels, blood tests etc to rule out the exact cause of pain and treat you accordingly..
