What Causes White Stings In Stool,bloating Of Stomach And Breathlessness?

I see white stings in stool for a few days, I have bloated stomach. breathlessness for the last 3 years, for the recent one week I am feeling a heat in my throat too. some rashes on sexual organ. (am I a chronic gnorhea? or parasite infected?) I am a female 37 years old

Dear white strings and bloating may be due to simple gastritis. other possibilities like infection or irritable bowel syndrome, food allergy etc..

avoid spicy food and dairy products,avoid processed sugar containing food, avoid caffeine. tab.normaxine twice a day for five days,tab.simethicone 80 twice a day for five days. if your symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
