What Causes White Vaginal Discharge Post Intake Of Morning After Pill?

Hi. Me and my wife had unprotected sex 2 days after her period had ended. I used the withdrawal method and did not ejaculate inside her. Within 36 hours I gave her morning after pill and on next day she experienced clear creamy vaginal discharge. Moreover she is also facing headache, cramps and lower back pain. What are the chances of pregnancy. I do not want her to get pregnant at any cost. Kindly Help

It is mostly suggestive of vaginal fungal infection for which you can take some antibiotic preferably cefadroxyl or doxycycline after an expert opinion along with cetrizine or avil for itching. You can take Fole 150 mg or use clingen-forte vaginal pessary to put into the vagina once daily for at-least 5 days. Maintain the hygiene of private part.
