What Causes White Vaginal Discharge With Foul Odour?

I ve been having vaginal discharge for awhile now. And its white and smells. I m to embarrassed to talk to my mom about it. My discharge gets so heavy, I have to wear pads or pantie liners. I don t have any itching or pain. Just the smelly discharge that s all.

Your symptoms are suggestive of vaginal fungal infection for which you can take some antibiotic like cefadroxyl or azithromycin after an expert opinion along with avil or cetrizine for itching if present. You can take tab fole 150 once at night or clingen-forte vaginal passary to put into your vagina once daily for at-least 5 days. Maintain the hygeine of private part either by regular washing with soap water or you can use v-wash vaginal gel for local application. Don't worry you will be fine.
