My tonsils have white pink flesh like deposits on them. They are not tonsil stone ans dont smell. Throat was sore and they were swollen. as it is associated with sore throat you have acute tonsillitis now.the exudates gave rise to this whitish pink patch.
i shall advise you to take tablet paracitamol for pain and fever.
antibiotics like azithromycin.
gargle as you have done.
dont worry within a few days it will be normal.
