What Causes Wiggly Lines On Left Side Of Vision?

I had a migrain aurain left eye only Monday evening lasted 20 min. with no headache- and this is wed/ and i have wiggley lines on left side of vision -can stop lines by holding up hand and blocking my side vision -i also have a lens implant in both eyes- my e mail
