What Causes Worsening Pain, Numbness, And Tingling After My C5-C6 Disc Protrusion, And What Should I Do About The Thyroid Cyst?

Hi. My MRI 2 years ago, shows C5-C6 tiny cervical disc protrusion indenting the ventral thecal sac. Since then my pain, numbness, tingling & more have gotten worse. It also says no spondylosis or neural foraminal narrowing. Also a says I have a mild reversal of normal cervical curvature. A 9mm complex cystic nodule in the right lobe of the thyroid.
