Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
As per your query, Panderm plus cream contains steroid component
Clobetasol and long-term use of creams and
ointments that contains Steroids causes "Steroid dependance" and once the application of the steroid containing ointment is stopped, there can be visible side effects like darkening, formation of wrinkles and eruption of pimples as the steroids causes atrophy and thinning of skin and there is also inflammation and irritation of skin.
I would suggest you to just calm down as the skin will improve gradually. As of now, you can wash your face with a
Salicylic acid containing facewash and apply
benzoyl peroxide containing gels over pimples.
Wash your face with cold water as it will increase blood flow over the face as well as reduce inflammation. Apply aloevera gel to lubricate the face.
Take
multivitamin tablet daily. Drink plenty of water. Exfoliate your skin twice a week with a mild face scrub. Apply
Vitamin E oil at night.
In case if you find improvemnt in one month, continue doing so or else
consult a Dermatologist and get evaluated.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Honey Arora
