The right side of my wrist hurts on the pinky side very intensely and my upper arm is also in constant pain. Any idea what could the cause of this be and what can I do to try to alleviate the pain. When I raise my arm in certain ways I have shooting pain. This all started with my arm aching when I lift it over my head but soon after I noticed my wrist aching so now they both constantly hurt. I even noticed my left hand and left foot hurt periodically but nowhere nearly as severely as the right side and it goes away on left too..
