What Causes Yawning While Crying?

Hi. I m 48 years old and just lost my fiance 4 months ago. Dave and I were together for 12 years and he proposed 2 years ago. He passed 26 days before our wedding day. I ve never cried so much in my life. My question is, why am I yawning now when I m crying? I never did before.

Sorry to know about your fiance.I understand the hard time you are going through.
Excessive yawning is likely due to fatigue,depression.It may also indicate some sleep disorder.
May I know your medical history?Are you on any medications like anti depressants?It may provide some clue to the cause of excessive yawning.
If I were your treating doctor,I would recommend,
-Visit to a psychiatrist to rule out any sleep disorders or psychological problems if present.
-Certain basic investigations adviced,blood pressure,blood glucose,ECG,blood lipids.
-Keep a schedule of sleeping at same time everyday.Have meals at proper time.
-Doing breathing exercises may help.
-Tab Restyl is usually advised at bed time against anxiety.You can talk with your doctor about it as it is a prescription drug.
-Yoga and meditation will help you to destress yourself.
