33, female, healthy, 215 lbs, only major medical in history is a c section six years ago Moms family has lots of type 2 diabetics, dad is adopted, healthy but no family medical history Been on 300mg Effexor for 3 months Experiencing white or yellowish seeds in stool, generally in loose stools Not daily or every bowle movement Seen 3 times in the last week

get stool test for ova & cyst.
consult your family doctor for physical examination.
he may prescribe,albendazole,metronidazole,ciprofloxacin,enzyme preparation ,depend on report.
take fresh fruits,tofu,soya products,leafy veg,plenty of water.
avoid junk foods,butter ,fried,
do swimming,cycling.
