What Causes Yellow Brown Discharge With Pain From Vagina?

Hi am 32 years with PCOS on Metformon 5oomg XL daily, had last period started 03 September and lasted about up until the 15 September. had unprotected sex on 23 September now have yellow to brown discharge with period like pain and back for past 10 days, is it normal for PCOS or is there a possibility of pregnancy.

Hi,

Yes, there is possibility of pregnancy so I would suggest you to have a pregnancy test done to rule out pregnancy. If it's negative then your condition might be due to hormonal irregularities. Hence, a thyroid profile test and prolactin test will be required. To avoid infection use Doxycycline tablet course for 10 days.
