General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

The yellow jello on your toilet paper after urinating seems like vaginal discharge. As you are a type 2 diabetic, I advise to run urine analysis and vaginal swab testing to determine the diagnosis. Plus, as you mention yourself, as post-menopausal, should run Pap smear testing and trans-vaginal ultrasound to check for malignancies. Discuss this further with your caring doctor.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Albana Sejdini, General & Family Physician
