Hello,

The doctor is always maintaining professional secrecy and you should not feel shy in consulting urologist.

You need to investigate with urine routine microscopic examination, urine culture and USG pelvis, testes and abdomen for primary work up.

According to cause specific treatment given.

According to the culture report of urine, antibiotic should be given.

It can be gonococci induced STD.

You need to investigate with further generation ELISA for HIV also.
