What Causes Yellow Discharge From Gums After Dental Implants?

Hi, I just started an antibiotic for a sinus infection after dental implants. I have a sinus communication and all of a sudden I have a funny taste with a yellow discharge I assume coming from my gum. Do you think it is because I started the antibiotic. I seen the ENT yesterday and was given clindamycin 300mg tid

but you haven't mentioned where the implants are placed. If it's around the implant site then it could be peri implantitis. if there is a definitive oral communication with sinus, then probable diagnosis is oroantral fistula. Both of would require intervention.
