What Causes Yellow Discharge From The Penis?
Hi, my son has some sort of dry discharges (yellow green or yellow) not sure. It is Dry. Something like his penis discharges anytime of the day and can be visibly seen after sometime when it dries. What could it be and any medicine or antibiotics i can buy? Thnx.

Your son's symptoms are suggestive of an infection, possibly chlamydia or gonorrhea if he is sexually active. Urethral swab and culture can confirm the diagnosis. Treatment is with antibiotics like ceftriaxone and azithromycin which requires a prescription.
