My lower lip colours are different. the top of the lower lip is pink and sometimes it becomes pale yellow and rest of the lip is brown. I don t smoke and my hemoglobin rate is also normal. is there any other health issue that I should consult a doctor?

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

As there is no history of smoking and hemoglobin is normal, pigmentation disorder with melanin and melanosomes may be the priority consideration for the differential diagnosis and evaluation protocols. Kindly consult an expert skin specialist or else you can send a photo image of the lip in follow up discussion for better understanding of needed guidelines.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
