What Causes Yellow Discoloured Flaky Skin Beside The Nipple?
Hi my son has a skin tag on a few places on his body . The one beside his nipple had a dry light yellow crust on it today that fell of at touch but then looked like a open pimple poor that had some white stuff come out of a thicker material , is this normal ? I have seen my Dr. About the skin tags but this has never happened before its same colour of his skin and doesn t hurt him at all .

The symptoms are more likely suggestive of superficial fungal infection.
As a first step, you can apply topical antifungal like Clotrimazole for symptomatic relief.
If symptoms persist better to consult a dermatologist and get evaluated.
