What Causes Yellow Fluid Like Stools?

I have yellow fluid-like feces and I've done it more than 10 times today since morning till now. My fever is on-and-off and I have difficulty in breathing. I have a headache. My suspected agent of disease is the coconut shreds I've eaten a day ago. Please help.

As you mentioned you have problem of yellow colour stool and fever that may be because of intestinal infection or other reasons.
Liver or gallbladder problem also lead to this type of symptoms..
