What Causes Yellow Penile Discharge?

Hi, i m trying to help my boyfriend from his condition. He is having a yellowish discharge. Only every morning nothing at night, no pain when urinating. We suspected it to be an STD and was tested. His urinalysis shows a wbc of 20-30/hpf, gramstain showed positive for gonococcal infection. We both had the medicines, ceftriaxone IM and oral antibiotic for 10 days. We never had unprotected intercourse and abstained for 2 weeks. But he is still having a penile discharge until now, no pain when urinating no inflammations,only the discharge and it is making him uncomfortable. We both are concerned and freaking out as to what could have gone wrong. What could it be the cause? Please help us.

Hello,

There are instances of sexually transmitted infections with normal STD reports. To consume culture-specific antibiotics, urinary alkaliser, prophylactic antifungal medicines, hydration and local hygiene are best healing agents for him.

Of course, avoiding protected as well as unprotected sex is the best step for you to support.
