What Causes Yellow Spot Near Navel After Gallbladder Removal?

I noticed a yellowish tinted spot just to the left of my belly button. I ve noticed this come and go a couple times now with no explanation as to how it got there. I do have hypothyroidism and had my gall bladder removed 3 years ago. Not sure if either of those who come into play here
