What Causes Yellow Stools, Pain In Right Rib Area And Nausea?

what causes yellow stools, pain in right rib area, front and back some nausea also could this be colitis or anything to do with adhesion s from an old appendicitis scar, started out with diarrhea. thats better now. stools are more normal color but still have yellow. Also had blood in stool early on.

it is normal colour. other things are imaginary and due to anxiety. go for stool examination. sigmoidoscopy can be done and and finaly diagnosed. if it is colitis then it can be very well treated. so why worry.
