What Causes Yellow Vaginal Discharge After Miscarriage?

I had a miscarriage at 5wks 4days on 08/08. It s been almost 41/2 wks since then. My husband & I had unprotected sex 3 times in less then 2 days 2 weeks after the miscarriage (almost 3 wks ago) & another time a week after that. I have been getting some random cramping but NO sign of my period. I also have noticed, on occasion, and extremely small amount of discharge that resemble snot (clear with a very very slight yellow tint). I have never seen this before (I m 31 yrs old) except when I was recently pregnant. I got pregnant through my first IVF cycle (after 4 yrs of trying-I have PCOS). Is it possible that I am pregnant again this soon and on our own?? or could there be something else wrong with me?

Hi,

Intermittent spotting and cramps could also be due to ovulation. If there are chances of pregnancy then it could be implantation bleeding also. Wait until you next periods date. If you miss your periods by 7 days then check with a urine pregnancy test. You will most probably be pregnant. If not, take a scan or serum Beta HCG to confirm your pregnancy. Not every time is IVF needed to conceive.
