Hello and welcome to HCM,
The problem that you are facing is that of recurrent
fungal infection of vaginal tract and
bacterial vaginosis.
Fungal infection occurs in acidic pH and bacterial vaginosis occurs at higher pH in the vaginal tract.
Thus, there is constant variation of vaginal pH.
You need to take some steps:
1. First of all stop using tampons if you are using them.
2. Get your blood
glucose level. Females with
diabetes mellitus are more prone to vaginal tract infection.
3. Practise only protected sex
For bacterial vaginosis, very effective anti-microbial therapy is available and effective anti-fungal treatment is available for fungal infection.
If all measures are ineffective then you need to get a
high vaginal swab for microbiological examination.
The examination of high vaginal swab will detect the organism causing the infection.
A culture and drug sensitivity can be done to select the most appropriate antibiotic effective against the infection.
Thanks and take care
