What Causes Yellow Vaginal Discharge?
I am noticing a yellow discharge in my panties, but does not appear from vagina, but from urethra. No odor or itchiness or pain when I urinate. I ve had yeast infections in the past (has been quite awhile, though), and this does not appear as that. I am 59 years old, and am going through menopause.

You should do a vaginal smear and a urine analysis too. A vaginal infection is most probably happening.
