Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
Hi! I have had awful discharge with a strong odor. It s a yellowish white. I have no weird bumps on my vagina, no pain during urination or intercourse. I ve never also had a cold sore. I ve been with the same people for over 3 years and he shows no symptoms of any type of infections or STD
As per your history, it looks like you may be suffering from a lower urogenital infection. As you said there is no vaginal pain or lump which would have been tender on either intercourse or urination.
Mostly the symptoms look like urogenital infection and will need antibiotics course. You need to visit a general surgeon to know the problem after clinical examination.
Also, take plenty of fluids so that your urinary tract will remain flushed and there is no further spread of infection.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Muzaffer Hussain Parray,
Dentist
