What Causes Yellowish Circle Around Mouth And Thick Mucus Discharge?
I have recently realized a ring of yellow around my mouth that to me is very noticeable. I have read that it could be thyroid (which I have a low thyroid) and I also have a lot of mucus all of a sudden. I realized it about a day ago and it really bothers me because kids and people now days can be really harsh.

The fact that you have already low thyroid function you should be examined closely by your doctor. The secretions probably your doctor will order a chest X-ray for you. However, these are not serious things but need their evaluation. Please talk with your doctor.
