HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

Fatigue and lethargy would be due the illness itself and the loss of fluids.

If you have been drinking a lot then this would help to replace any fluids that you have been taking, this should be continued.

You should hold off any solid food till there is a 4 hour window with no symptoms.

In addition, the use of probiotics may help along with pain killers such as acetominophen , to help with the pain.
Pain meds such as naproxen, ibuprofen might further irritate the stomach.

Medications such as lomotil or pepto bismol would help as well.

I hope this helps
