What Causes Yellowish Discharge With Blood And Painful Bowel Movements?

I had hysterectomy March 14, only left right ovary. 2weeks later had complications and found out the tube from kidney to bladder had been damaged so they put stent in to repair. Had stent removed May 21st. I worked full week and two days ago started having pain while urinating. Have had constipation and have been taking miralax and have had extremely painful bowel movements. Today I have had horrible pains in lower left abdomen and back and started having yellowish discharge with a little blood. Should I seek medical attention?

Hello,
I can understand your concern for development of GI related new symptom.
Yes you might require medical attention.
This might be anal fissure which cause mucus secretion from exposed torn area of anal canal (from where bleeding also occurs). It occur due to passage of hard stool. Control of constipation is essential in treatment of anal fissure. Also, you might require application of anesthetic ointment medication over anal canal region to reduce pain.
Anal fissure is associated with piles, most of time. I recommend to seek medical consultation for this purpose as large sized hemorrhoids require surgery, it would not be cured with medical treatment.

Hope I answered your query. If you have any further doubts, I would be happy to help you.
Have a good day!
