I have been having sesame seeds like things on my stool for a while now. I dont eat foods with sesame seeds so i dont think it comes from my diet. Sometimes my stool also has filaments like that of an inside of a banana peel but very thin, slightly yellowish in color. No unusual odor to my stool. I also experience bloatedness especially after eating that I sometimes induce burping so I could relieve some of the gas. My regular bowel movement is every other day. Sometimes I palpate a firm mass on the epigastric area but sometimes I cannot. I am also a bit concerned for the widest diameter of my abdomen is now almost 32inches, I dont think that due to fat though because I am only 5 3 in height and 49kg in weight.
