What Causes Yellowish Foul Smelling Stools With Abdominal Cramps?

I have to go to bathroom two or three times a day with soft and mushy stool, a kind of yellow but with oily/greasy and foul smell.
After bowel movement, abdominal pain, cramping and burning feeling start, this is going on for almost 15 days. Any idea will be appreciated.
Today, my 2nd bowel movement was a kind of very soft close to diarrea with grease and then abdomen pain start.
thanks.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Thanks for posting your question on HCM!
I really appreciate your concern regarding the present problem.
I am of the opinion that there is some sort of malabsorption of the dietary fat. The fat you ingest is not digested due to lack or deficiency of digestive enzymes from the liver leading on to its excretion through the feces known as Steatorrhoea.
Do you have any other problem like itching, yellowish discoloration of the skin and eyes>
I advice you to kindly consult your doctor for further evaluation and the relevant investigations to come a diagnosis.
I hope I replied your query.
Best regards/
