What Causes Yellowish Semen Discharge Along With Pain During Urination?

we had unprotected sex wth my girlfriend 2 days before her periods.. 4 days after she started having pains just below her stomach. she went to see a doctor n the doctor told her that my sperms are dirty thats why she ws havin those pain. she ws given and i couldnt understand the meaning... its been 2 weeks now and am starting to have pains when urinating..and am having semen discharge that are yellowish and the smell is bad

I understand your concern.
Based on the description, it appears that you could be having infection of the urinary tract causing 'urethritis'.
Kindly do the following tests to ascertain the nature of infection.
1. Urine routine examination.
2. Urine culture and sensitivity.
Kindly consult Urologist with the report for prescription of a course of appropriate antibiotics. Abstain from sexual activities till the symptoms are cured completely.
