What Causes Yellowish Vaginal Discharge And Painful Urination?

I have a yellowish discharge coming from my vagina, I have a slight burning while urinating and a little itch at the same time. I don t know if its a yeast infection because I was in my 20 s the last time I had one. I am not 61. what do you think?

As per your history is concerned you have yellow vaginal discharge ,first take pancef+ metronidazole and use clotrimazole pessary .These three drugs will ruled out any infections,secondly do a USG exam to ruled out any cyst or fibroid ,and thirdly make a PAP test .Do these tests and let me know the result .Nothing to be worried.
