What Causes Yellowish Vaginal Discharge?

I have vaginal discharge that is kinda yellowish it has no odor & it does not itch & I ve been tested and I m negative for all diseases but I want to know why my discharge isn t white; is it bad that it s kinda yellowish sometimes kinda green? does it have anything to do with my congestion? I ve had some mucus in my throat lately

I really appreciate your concern, such discharge could be due to infection vaginitis, and in my opinion better to use "Povidone Iodine" vaginal suppository, if the symptoms persistence then this may need clinical examination, hope this information helps, take care.
