What Causes Yellowness In Tongue With Bleeding In Taste Buds?
i have a yellow coated tongue. I decided to buy a toothbrush with a tongue scraper on the back and its brand new. The past 2 days i get to the middle of my tongue and one of my tastebuds starts bleeding. I don t know if its because its new or I m doing it too hard or because i ve had a yellow tongue for a long time.
The tongue is normally coated with saliva and food residue so a yellow color is nothing to worry about; scraping the tongue too hard could break the tongue lining and cause it to bleed. Just rinse your mouth well after each meal and brush thoroughly but gently twice a day- nothing else is required.
