General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

You have a big baby. Increased amount of liquor (Polyhydramnios) and derangement in liver functions. It should not be advisable to have a normal delivery.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ajeet Singh, General & Family Physician
