What Could 119 Blood Sugar In Fasting In Morning Indicate?
I haven't eaten since yesterday around 6pm but noticed during the night I felt as though I was starving. I have been getting up using the bathroom alot during the night. I check my blood sugar this morning fasting and it's 119. Should I be concerned. I am not diabetic.

Dont worry about a single value of blood sugar. But dont ignore it. Ut shows that you have impaired fasting glucose. You may need to repeat it ( 8-10 hours fasting) and an Hba1C. Your doctor might plan for an glucose tolerence test later. Are you obese? Do you have a family history of diabetes?
