What Could BP Range Of 140/90 & 180/120 Suggest?

I am an african of kenyan origin.Iam 60 years old. I am 5ft 5inc and 80 kgs. My BP rages between 140/90 and 180/120 . Please advise m accordingly. Sorry my name is Ashford Riungu. I am a lawyer by profession. I may not be able to pay you Timmediately.consider giving me a free advise .

Hello and welcome to HCM,
Blood pressure ranging from 140/90 to 180/120 mm Hg shows diastolic pressure to be higher on both occasions and systolic blood pressure to be quite high on second occasion.
However, to label you as hypertensive, clinical assessment needs to be done.
The blood pressure should be high on atleast three occasions.
I suggest you to consult your physician for assessment of blood pressure as well as assessment of the cardiovascular system.
In case high blood pressure is recorded on all three occasions, you need to take anti-hypertensive drugs.
