What Could A Blister Near Bum Hole Be And What Is The Cause Of Inflammation In Haemmorhoid?

hey I have a little small blister near my bum hole its alittle bit sore not too inflamed what could this be, pplus everytime I go for a number 2 on the toilet and don t strane just push abit I always get a little hemroid that always gets inflamed but under my bum the fain to my penis hurts??

This type of blister which you mentioned may be .
1 Hemorrhoid as it causes pain in and around anus ( including pain due to nerve supply).
2 Fistula in anus may be ( this blister ) . In this type of condition patient feel excruciating pain during defecation and after in and around anus ( including penis as you mentioned in your query).
3 The third possibility may be frunculitis . Diagnosis can be confirmed by physical examination by a surgeon .
However reason of this fruncle may be infection or diabetes , so get in blood for sugar level.
In my opinion consult a surgeon and get his opinion.
