What Could A Dent On My Forehead With A History Of Anaemia And Hair Loss Indicate?
I have a small dent on my forehead next to my hairline, im not that observant so im not sure how long it has been there, its small round about the size of a dime. I do have a history of anemia and I have slight hair loss in that area but I thought the hair loss was from pulling out fly way hairs but now im not so sure
I can understand your concern for dent on forehead with a history of anaemia and hair loss. Hair fall can be due to any long term illness or any emotional or stressful event and due to nutritional deficiency.
In yourself I can make out that you have anemia as an important cause of hair fall.
If I were your dermatologist then would have prescribed you tablet containing Acetylcysteine, Calcium Pantothenate, Selenium, Zinc, Biotin, Copper as active ingredients. You can take these vitamins in the form of biotin, calicium pantothenate and other vitamin B complexes.
Additionally increase you protein intake on daily basis and eat sprouts. Eat a lot of green leafy vegetables and sprouts which contains vitamins and minerals necessary for normal hair function.
You should start with iron supplementation which is quite effective in the treatment of the same.
Take care.
