What Could A Hard Lump On The Testicle Be?

There's like a little lump by the top of my left testicle. It doesn't move and is like hard. I have two spermatoceles one on each testicle but the lump is pretty much under the cyst on the left testicle. I'm worried about this little lump because it's hard and doesn't move and is attached to my testicle what do u think it' is?

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, such lump could be due to cystic lesion may be due to condition that you have (Spermatoceles) for exact nature of lesion ultrasonography may be needed, chances of sebaceous cyst could be likely, hope this information helps, take care, have a nice day.

General & Family Physician Dr. Arun A's  Response
Hello there,
The easiest way to identify what the lump in the testicle is to get an ultrasound scrotum done. It is non invasive , painless and has a high sensitivity. A lump at the top of your testicle may be epidydimitis commonly but that also is accompanied by some pain. Post the ultrasound we can say for sure what it is.

Thank you for your query,
Dr Arun A
