What Could A Lump Behind The Ear Near The Hairline Indicate?
Hi! I ve noticed (over the past 6-8 months) a quarter-sized lump on the left side of my neck (right behind my ear and close to the hairline). Everything I research online suggests different symptoms (some of which I have and others I don t) of different medical reasons. Not sure what it could be and will be going to get it checked out. But I was wondering if you had any suggestions of what it could be?

It seems that it might be enlarged post auricular lymph node.
It shows that there might be having some chronic infection on your scalp like dandruff, dermatitis etc.
Chronic infection in ear or ear wax does cause same lump.
consult your doctor and get examined.
