What Could A Lump In Neck Around The Earlobe Indicate?

Ist exray but sending me to a surgeon for 3d images, My problem is I have a lump in my neck buy my earlob, it been there for 2 months,,, it hasn t grown or anything, I don t have any symtoms, I m not loosing weight, I am kinda bloated , no fever, head ack once and a while, but that eye related I believe. But in the past week my testicals hurt a little bit, I m not sure if this is related, I have been very stressed over the past few months,

Understanding your concern.

Thanks for your query . The lump you mention in your query can occur due to many reasons . But one can point out the exact cause only after proper clinical examination . As per your query it seems to me that the lump is lipoma which is growth of fat cells in fibrous capsule .

Usually lipoma is harmless with no symptom of pain ,weight loose or fever . It can be removed surgically or liposuction can also be performed.

But if the lump is of irregular shape and not movable , firm and hard then it is cause of concern .

I would suggest you to consult dermatologist for proper examination and to rule out condition like lymph node ,nodule ,cyst, infection (viral or bacterial) or cancer ( rare chance ) .

For now give hot compresses several times a day and do gentle massage with castor oil .
