What Could A Lump On Eyelid Just Above The Lashes Indicate?

My right eye. For about a week now, there is a lump on the eyelid, just above the lashes. After about 4 days the entire right side of my face was swollen, the swelling is now gone. The lumps remains, it not really sore oritchy or anything, but ingoring. What could this be?

it can be hordiolum. apply neosporine eye ointment along eye lid. take warm compression. slowly it will be normal.
