I have noticed a small fleshy lump just inside the tip of my penis, it causes no discomfort and there is no burning sensation when urinating. However I found a smal amount of blood leaking from my flaccid penis last night. I have noticed small blood spots on my bed sheets on one or 2 occasions in the last year, there is no pain but i'm concerned. I am 24 year old 6 foot male, around 12 stone.
