What Could A Movable Bump In Jawline Of A Toddler Along With Nosebleeds, Cold And Fever Indicate?

My son is four years old. today I noticed he has a movable bump on his right side jaw line. I can see it, feel it and move it around quite easily. In the past week or so, he had frequent nose bleeds and had symptoms of cold and slide fever. What should I do? And what could this be?

hello dear
thanks for your query at hcm.

Movable swelling along the side of the jaw could be due to lymph node enlargement. lymph node enlargement can be due to the infection . Cold and fever might be cause for enlargement in your child case. For cold and fever give child sinarest 5ml thrice daily.
nose bleeds needs to be properly evaluated get your child physically examined by pediatrician for further management on nose bleed.
