General & Family Physician 's  Response
Panless lump at forehead following injury may be due to local blood clot. It generally subsides by time which can be speedify by using topical heparin sodium gel. Local hot compression may also help in the procedure. Lump generally subsides quickly but if there is a scar formation, it persists for a long time.
